Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
